Who We Are

Carnassial LLC is a wildlife science and conservation consultancy specializing in applied mammal ecology, landscape connectivity, and evidence-based conservation planning. We provide scientific expertise, technical guidance, and research leadership to organizations working to conserve wildlife and manage natural resources across changing landscapes.

Our work focuses on understanding the relationships between wildlife populations, habitat, and human activities. We partner with agencies, universities, NGOs, and research foundations to design and implement projects involving threatened and endangered species recovery, mammalian ecology including carnivores and other taxa, transportation and road ecology, wildlife crossing systems, population monitoring, remote sensing, geospatial modeling, and landscape-scale conservation planning.
